# formbase Docs

> formbase helps workflows and AI agents collect and verify information from customers. A caller (n8n, Make, Zapier, the REST API, MCP, or a person) creates a request; the recipient completes a branded, prefilled form without an account; a signed callback returns keyed answers. Built on a Notion-style form editor with logic, payments, signatures, and AI translation.
